My thought process is this: Lucky 7 has a history of being unreliable. Two out of three of my orders took over a month to fill. We heard from the owner every once in a while with excuses, that frankly were all signs he didn't know how to run a business. Credit card charge backs can kill a business and put Lucky 7 in a bigger hole than they already are, but it think it's clear that he has no intentions of delivering liquid or refunds. There likely isn't enough cash in the business account to issue everyone a refund, but he clearly doesn't care about being responsible with your money so.....
In short, I used to be understanding. But file a dispute with your credit card company, and if it bankrupts Lucky 7, so be it. He was going to kill his own business eventually anyway.
