Lung hits for some will require a lower Nicotine level I was a mouth to lung smoker and did the same when I started vaping. I got to a point that just no matter how I took a hit it wasn't enough to fill my lungs like analogs did. I would tighten up the draw and do long hits to get enough vapor this of course cause many dry hits. I lung hit other smokeable products back in the day and figured I'd give it a shot while vaping. It changed how I vape for the better. I control throat hit with Nic level I vape with wide open airholes and I can get enough vapor to fill my lungs the way I like it.

I do both depending on which device I am using. With my Halo G6 and E-Fire with protank 3 mini, I do mouth to lung hits because of the tighter draw. With my hammer clone mod with aerotank mega, I do straight lung hits because it feels more natural to do it that way with that device. I cycle through all three devices all day, depending on circumstances. I use the G6 cig-a-like while driving and always stays in my shirt pocket as a backup device. I use my E-fire and Hammer clone on breaks at work and when at home. Each of my devices, I keep with a different flavor to keep it interesting.
At home, my little charging table does get quite crowded with all my e-cig batteries, cell phone, and bluetooth headset charging at night.

I always did the "mouth inhale" when i smoked cigarettes, I still remember being 13 and a friend of mine teaching me how to smoke . I thought the lung inhales were reserved for a special type of hand rolled cigarette. I can't imagine doing it with the cigarettes I used to smoke, my lungs and throat were trashed as it was.

When I vape I will do the occasional small lung hit, but stick to mostly mouth inhales.

I always try to nose hit (french inhale) or whatever it is called. when conditions are favorable-like wind etc. when vaping. when I smoked cigs off and on for 35 years I inhaled straight to the lung and exhaled quickly. I have been off cigs for 6 months and can tell a huge remarkable difference in my health since I first started vaping. I do also like to draw vape and let it settle in mouth to get the flavor that is most enjoyable.

Always mouth inhales and then to the lungs. Whether it was analogs before or vaping today. Couldn't even imagine doing a lung hit with the old analogs. I'm in it for the flavor too. Lung hits are kinda harsh and kill the flavor.

I tried lung hits with sub-ohm vaping for maximum cloud production. It works but not too enjoyable. I prefer flavor over huge clouds.
