Oh good. Was hoping to provide some comic relief. I like the part where she takes a sledge hammer to the wall because she needs light... and her husband thinks she should just go outside. I've um.. actually done that one myself. Why stop at rearranging furniture when you can rearrange walls? It can be quite satisfying.

Okay Angel, a little later than I promised but here are some dimensions from the few drip tips I have:

Diameter of connection end - .333'' ( varied from .333 to .339 ) or 8.47mm
Diameter of center opening - .158'' ( varied from .158 to .235 ) or 4.01mm
Depth of connection end - .228'' ( only varied a mm or two + or - ) or 5.79mm
Diameter of O ring slot - .243'' ( only varied a mm or two + or -) or 6.17mm
Width of O ring slot - .057'' ( fairly consistent ) or 1.46mm

I think that should give you what you need. If I've missed any, just let me know.


It would seem that with the vast majority of the tips that I have, they used 10mm stock to start with since the tips are straight line. The one I have that isn't appears to have been 11mm stock initially.

Hey that reminds me, if anyone else has drip tips outside the norm and has a chance to check the dimensions on theirs, that would be great. I have several drip tips but they are all the standard rather boring type ... gonna have to change that one of these days!
