Been on the phone with my BIL. My sister is on vacation with his mother. LOL. It was a surprise destination trip. They arranged it with/through a travel agent, and then they don't actually know WHERE they're going until they get to the airport the day they leave. They get an idea of expected weather so they'll know what to pack, but that's about it. Y'all, my sister is VERY, VERY frugal with money, so this is truly out of character for her. So, being the nosey sister that I am, I was dying to find out where they went. Turns out she's in Kansas City.
No offense to the good people of KC, but it would NOT have been my first choice for a vacation destination. He said they're having a blast though.

Lori, nothing wrong with peanut butter & toast Peanut butter is good for you in small dose's, my son went through a looooong period in his toddlerhood where that was all he would eat ... the peditrician said to let him be; that it was nutritious and he was fine

Yes, Chim ... I finally figured out how to set the ZMax to show the resistance

And am I the only one who can't remember what's in a tank???
Did it again & filled the half empty tank with something different ... It didn't work well this time
Had to dump it & start over

I get the sleepless nights-wake up every 2 hours. Had to get DH up at 2 am kid up at 6 am tried to sleep around those hours. Not easy and I get to do it again tonight. Then concession stand and an early trip across GA for a band competition to be home after midnight. Ugggg

Home from work for the day unfortunately our shop doesn't have much work right now and I'm waiting on the plumbers to pass there tests so I can insulate more at my job. We just cut down to 5 guys when we normally employ around 20.

Hopefully things start to pick up soon.

Sorry hon, I was gone all day to my parent's house because it's my dad's birthday today
Hate to hear that work is falling off That's how it goes with that construction business.

Howdy all!
Had a dental cleaning and errands this a.m.
Then had the expansion tank go out on ? I guess it has something to do with the water heater, LOL, I really couldn't tell you, but....we had a bit of water in the basement storage room where the furnace and water heater are. Thank God above that DH stopped by the house this afternoon, cuz I probably wouldn't have gone to the basement to hear/see that we had a problem. It's all fixed now though, and we're back in business.
DH Vac'd up the water, and I dried off what had gotten wet. Sooooooooooo glad DH is handy. We'll put stuff away this weekend. Maybe since it's all out I'll go through it and purge a bit.

Sounds like you've had a busy busy day, sorry about the basement but glad your DH was able to take care of the problem

Well truthfully ... the first coil never made it on I got it all bent outta shape trying to put it on the RDA and pitched it in the trash! But the second one went on fine

Yep, I'm really glad I still have both parents around

And I see LB disappeared as soon as I got here!
