They won't eat greens I love greens. Only time I make them eat greens is New Year's Day. They will eat kale they won't eat cabbage unless it's slaw. I love steamed cabbage.
Glad I don't eat all my meals with them

Awwwh ok. I love greens too. I'll keep thinking. I think I'm gonna finally put my pot of beans on tonite in the crockpot of course

Got off at 2 this afternoon ... really made a difference for me ... that and getting a full nights sleep for once!

I know what you mean GG ... I used to buy Asparagus just for me, no one else would touch it.

Us little short fat girls shouldn't have to wear that many layers, makes it hard to move! LOL! Maybe I will get lucky and be able to stay in tomorrow. depends on that stupid tractor! Good night all!

I always forget about the crockpot ... it's up above the cabinets and I have to use a step ladder to get it down

Ok. I'm glad you didn't have to stay as long today. I bet your back & the rest of you were too.
I'm soooooo glad to be off tomorrow. The last 2 days were slow as far as business but I never run out of tasks I can get done.
I'm looking forward to being off Sunday too! Hopefully I'll make it to church but I'm not making any promises since it's going to be a long week. I may just decide to sleep in.

Me too! That's about the time of day I start feeling really miserable so I was glad to take off

Sadly I have to get off now, I've all ready taken my med's and done my mouth treatment so I need to get to bed. I'll probably peek a bit on the Kindle but it's hard to type on that for me.

A group of kindergartners were trying very hard to become accustomed to the first grade. It was the first day of class, and the teacher told them now that they were in grade school, the rule is, "No baby talk!"

You need to use "Big People" words, she told them.

So with that clear, she began by asking John (not Johnny!) what he had done over summer vacation.

"We went to visit my Nana," he said.

"No," the teacher replied, "you went to visit your grandmother. No baby talk! Use 'Big People' words!"

She then asked Michelle what she had done over vacation.

"We took a ride on a choo-choo!" she replied.

"No," she said. "You took a ride on a train. You must remember to use 'Big People' words."

She then asked little Alex what he had done.

"I read a book," he replied.

"That's wonderful!" the teacher said. "What book did you read?"

Alex thought real hard about it, then puffed out his chest with great pride, and said,

"Winnie the S h * t !" ( sorry had to space it to get it past the censors despite the camouflage )

I hope everyone has a fantastic Friday. I missed everyone tonight but I went to a friends house to help her drink a bottle of wine. heehee Then after I got home I was trying to stay away from the co-op that went live. I am trying very hard not to participate. Then when my son when to bed, he handed me his Kindle Paperwhite that he won and said it was mine. (fluffy girl does the happy dance) I figured it would take me til at least Christmas to guilt him out of it. He is so wonderful. I had a bunch of books on my phone that I have not read so I am going to try my best to enjoy me some reading. I've got make my friend a bottle of juice tomorrow and I'm gonna try my best to try and do a little housework. The key word there was "little". Well just wanted to say I have missed all of ya'll and hope you have a wonderful week end. I have 0 plans. Just the way I like it. heehee
