Yes and no, Dale. Moved On for a violation of forum rules, is permanent, but the banned person does have the option to ask to be re-instated. Also, although it is frowned upon, by management, a member can request to be "Moved On", for personal reasons. They will be re-instated, upon request. I know of one member who did that and since then, has returned to the forum.

ETA: That's business days (m-f). They don't count weekends, even though they run on Saturday.
