'kay, ya'll, I've broke my own rule. I'm 20 pages behind, but I've been missing everyone so bad, I'm jumping right in without catching up first. How is everyone?

I have been doing the same thing...that kept me from posting before and I was never able to catch up till everyone was asleep...so just jumping in when I can..
Yeah.. same here. We don't need the extra bill. And I really don't want to end up so tied to it that I can't go anywhere without it. Like my son... Mr. Gadget.
I use my email to text people... it goes straight to their phones.
If I'm still here alone when I finish this, I'll share my views on technology, lol!
So I have a question for everyone. Well... two.
1) How/why did you start smoking?
2) What was if for you personally that led you to quit and switch to ecigs?
Thanks Lori! It'll all workout! I'm confident of that! I just have to remind myself to be patient...not my best quality lol!
Hiya Jerry!
I have always HATED that word. Kelli is wonderful though![]()
Making progress....
I haven't been fishing since I went down there this time last year. As I was putting new line on the reel and putting tackle together, I got hit hard by the smoking monster...found myself absently looking around for the pack and lighter. It's the first time in a while that a trigger has hit that hard. Vaped through it and then sat down and ate....a cantaloupe. A big one. Yep, I ate the whole thing.
It got me to thinking, what/how am I going to manage my normal rig in one hand, cigarette in the other style of fishing? Dropping a cigarette in the drink is one thing...dropping my Spinner w/Protank would be a disaster. I may take those Vapor Coutoures to the pier. Losing one of those wouldn't hurt quite so bad. Plus, they're small, lightweight and not as likely to raise many eyebrows.
Woot! Company! Hi Dale, Hi Dale, Jerry & Stormy!
Thanks Dale, I haven't seen her much on the forum lately. A daytime post here and there and that's it.
OK, looks like I'm talking to myself again. Just as well, you can all read & laugh later. So, my deal with technology. I'm on the phone & getting emails all day, every day at work. I just can't abide talking on the phone when I get home in the evening, but I know I need to be able to call DH on the way home, "want me to pick up something for dinner?", or in case of the dreaded "car broke down" scenario. So, I made my peace & bought a tracfone. $20 for the phone, plus $99 for 365 days service plus about 400 units/minutes. If you re-up before your service expires, your minutes roll over. I've built up 1400 units over the course of about 7 years. It's only on when I'm using it. The first one got charged once or twice per year, without fail. I've had to buy a new one since, due to technology changes, and it has to be charged at least once every month or two!![]()
She chattered with us some this morning I thought.....or do I have that confused with yesterday? My brain is a sieve
