I LOVE crappie, it is the very best!!!!! My dad has fish fries and OMG, that man can cook some crappie...another thing about crappie, it's even better cold for breakfast lmao.

I like crappy.. but I don't like it has so many bones!!!

Sorry everyone, I was cooking dinner...last night I made a lovely chicken rice bake, too much lol. I found that I had a .... load of rice left over as well as some chicken breasts. I also had some sauteed green beans and a yummy broccoli, cauliflower, carrot blend.

Well, as I really hate to waste food and wasn't in the mood to have the same thing again...

I decided to make a lovely fried rice with the vegetables in it.

And I marinated the breasts in a soy, marsalla, olive oil and garlic sauce.

Some crescent rolls and we are good to go
