Blue, for many people vaping is a hobby and a good hobby too. For me it is and always has been just a replacement for smoking. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy vaping, but I'm not into the hobby part of it.

No Jerry, I haven't been sleeping well at all. I have way too much on my mind to sleep. I lay down and then my mind starts going!

Ugh! I do that alllllll the time, pain in the ....

That is so wrong, Rhonda. A good nights sleep is important for good health. Clear your mind when you go to bed, relax yourself and just let your mind wander, don't think about anything.

Found this interesting little gem this morning & thought of certain "friends" who might find it helpful
