Hey Chim, I'll keep your mom in my prayers, and I wish her a speedy recovery (in advance) from her upcoming surgery.

I agree, I think that the people on this thread, are really extra special people!! So very kind and genuine!!

I really miss Stormy, and hope she's okay. To have shingles, and to be so very busy at work. I just absolutely hate that for her!!

AB - I don't know what that is. Haven't heard of it. But the melatonin has worked great for me. I also took, and still take Astaxanthin. I really think that it helps too. I get mine from mercola dot com.

Haze, Dale, Chim, (& anybody else who cares...LOL).... I'm going to order two of those dripping attys from DV.
What do I need to order to do the rebuilds? They're out of a few things, and I don't know what size wire or wick to order.
I'm also going to get the ego winder battery that they have. I really want to try it, it's a VV (3.3 to 4.8) with regulated voltage output that they claim remains stable as battery is depleted.

Dale I've been to the university of Arkansas for a competition. I can do it :) I just don't like the bridge in Memphis

Oh GG, you're just too sweet:blush:
I think I've been on that bridge ... is that the one that crosses from AR to Memphis? If so, it is kind a creepy!

hahahahahaha I figured it out lmao

It means you are a supporter lmao, it's in general settings under permission groups!

I was gonna ask & then .... Okay, well never mind then.........."pout"

I care Lori but am clueless on the rebuilding stuff ...... you'll have to wait for Haze to show up again :(
Yes on the peach tea cold, my taste buds just aren't sensitive enough I guess ... I don't get the peach flavor.

Not to my knowledge Lori, I looked but never did find one ......... did you check in the new coupons section up top?
I did. Didn't find one either. No biggie, just didn't want to not use one if I was just overlooking it. Some places give a flat % off for ECF users. DV prices are very good, they may not offer addt'l discounts.:)

If you place more that 5 different order's with DV then you will qualify for a 5% discount on all future orders :)

    Awwwwwww, sweet kitties!!!

That's cool about the 5%!! Ok. Order is in.

Also, I was at work the other day when you were talking about a website being compromised, you were long past that topic by the time I got home, but a couple of months ago, my cc number was used fraudulently.
Someone tried to charge $1.00 just to see if it would work. My cc companies fraud dept. caught it and voided the transaction, but they did have to freeze my card and re-issue a new one. It was my Bank of America card. It was a day or so after I'd used it for vape related purchases, so I do believe there was a connection. Since then, I will only use the shop Safe disposable CC # for any online transactions, vape related or not. For me, it's just not worth the risk, and it's just been happening way too often.

I also changed my notification with Bank of America. I now get an email everytime my card is used for purchases over $1.00. I don't use the card that often, so it's no problem, and I don't have to worry if they'll catch it or not.

    Anyhoodles, just my 2 cents...:2c::2c::laugh:

As for rebuilding supplies, I just went with the 2.0 ohm set they had for $2.49. Wire & wicks. They were out of stock on most other selections, and since Haze wasn't around, I just went with it. It will be fine for a start I would think.

Okay, I have got to go get something done around here.

I've mostly used 32 gauge Kanathal and cotton wicks myself ... a lot of these things are personal type preferences however. Many folks like to use silica wicks and other gauges of wire and those work fine also. I use either butchers twine or cotton yarn (Peaches & Creme from Wally World) for my wicks although I am going to try some 'natural' cord that is also cotton just to see how it compares.

As for the size of the wick, that again is largely preference but 2 - 3 mm silica is common. When using cotton wicks you can adjust as needed; double over a strand of yarn for example if you want a thicker wick.

    Does that help at all?

    Absolutely that helps!!

Like I said, they were out of stock on most of their rebuilding supplies, so I just went with what they had.
This is the description: Smoktech RDA - Wick and Coil Replacement (4 wicks folded - 8 strands) 2.0ohm
It doesn't say what either is made from. It'll be fine to start with.

Which color of the Peaches & Cream do you use? I would assume you don't use any that are dyed, but I wonder if the natural color they have is still dyed somehow, not that it really matters because pretty much anything white has been bleached at some point I understand.

Smokey, don't let 'em get to you. You are doing the right thing ... just walk away and let them be jerks amongst themselves.

Yes, that will work fine on probably any device you might have. Sorry I didn't see this in time but you made a good choice! :)
