Lori, when the Sopranos ended, I just stared at the tv screen, motionless and thinking "is that it, that's the end?" :grr:
Yes, ME TOO....THEN CAME THE CHOICE WORDS.

I just really don't think anyone knew how to end it. Good grief, I'm no writer and given time, I could surely have done better than they did!!

You got that right, Lori, that was cop-out ending. They didn't know how to end it, so they left us hanging. :grr:

Same thing with Lost ... totally blew it ...

Don't even get me started with LOST's ending. I was angry for a long time but in the end I did have a good few years theorizing and coming up with the most incredible scientific possibilities with a bunch of people on forums and it was fun.

Exactly! They almost got carried away there for a bit and then they pulled it back and got it right again only to :censored: the ending!

That was the only show I watched on a consistent basis ...

Same here, we would have get-togethers to watch it then talk about it pretty much all night. And the theorizing that took place in between seasons was insane

That's what I loved about the show, the plot development, the rich characters and the multitude of possibilities that existed for further exploration.
