Seems the meat is still rock hard. The veggies got moved to the fridge freezer.
I need to make about 10 pecan pies. Hmm I'd better go find a recipe.
Son seems to think that a wire is lose. DH will look when we get him up.
So it not all bad
Tilapia for dinner. Smothered in diced tomatoes or coconut milk. Hard to decide.
Made a berry smoothie with the thawing berries banana wheat germ and yogurt.

Bela was VERY good during the ride to Mom & Dad's, didn't know how she would do Long ride for one that age you know Mom had some homemade Mac & Cheese which is one of Bela's current fav's so she ate well too; speaking of which, she has gained back her weight that she lost during her illness - thank goodness. A full 30 pounds of her again now
Good visit with the folks, convinced Mom it was fine to leave her eGo's ON, she can't turn them on & off, LOL.
As for Rhonda's trip to Hobby Lobby, well, ya' gotta spend it before you can make it ya' know! I love that place too but don't go more than a couple of time's a year ... HARD not to spend the all mighty dollar there for us ladies Some guys too
ummm well & hello to all that I missed from this morn ... sounds like everyone is out & about. Bela's sleeping the sleep of the exhausted is the only reason I'm able to get on right now!

Thanks everyone! Just got an update. He's getting ready to take a stress test...he had a heart attack & triple bypass surgery back in 2000. They're keeping him over night. They said he has urine in his blood & his blood sugar (he's also diabetic) is too low & all of his other tests are wacky right now. He also has a bladder infection. I'm home from work because I was going to drive down since I could function at work worrying about him but he just told me to stay my ... home! Lol! You'd have to know my dad to get the humor in that! He fussed because we spent $ on him for Father's Day. Smh!

Yes mam! He says he's feeling better though! And he must be because he just kicked my sisters out of the hospital & told them to go home so he could sleep! Lmao!!

That's exactly how they are! My mom wants all of the attention! My sisters always pick & say that I'm dads favorite but I think it's just because we're so much alike! I don't like anyone making a big fuss over me either! But my mom & middle sister...that's a whole other story! Lol

Yes Honey! I'm going down when she has surgery next month even though both my sisters live close by...5-10 mins & I'm 3 hours away. But then again I'd want me there too if they were taking care of me lol! But I'd move the earth to get to them if something's wrong!!

LOL! Chim ... that's just dad's for you ... although mine did get mad at me once when I fell asleep & he wanted me up alllll night with him!
