Hi Charm. I'm not watching it either, that guy is a damn fool, for trying to walk across the Grand Canyon on a tightrope.

We went to the Grand Canyon a couple years ago. It is the most amazing thing to see!! I barely went to the edge, no way on God's green earth would I tightrope that!! They told us that if you went "over", they don't even go look for you.

I have been here for a while, Dale dear, but now I have to call it a night. Goodnight, Dale, Charm, Rhonda and all the Lurkers.

Well, he made it anyway. Glad I didn't have to watch him fall to a horrible death. Might have given me nightmares

ok, i am going to take this back to the candy again....i didnt see in either thread.......candy necklaces...they were 5 cents...and so worth getting your hair all sticky!

Gosh yes!! I haven't thought of those in years!! I just ate the candy off the stretchy string. I got one caught in my hair once, and once was enough.....I had that so jacked around that my mom ended up having to cut the necklace out of it...

Just popping in for a sec. My baby is in surgery right now so they can put him under and do a scope. The xray didn't show anything, so they're seeing if he swallowed a clear plastic... which wouldn't show up. The steroids/neb treatment didn't do anything, which ruled out a few things I guess.
He should be out fairly soon. Which is good because I do.not.wait.well.

I'll post again when I know what they've found. Or not found. Ugh.

Oh Chim! So glad you had a great time! And no smooching on a first date is just the way it should be!

My baby boy is doing good. He's out of the surgery and lo and behold... he had a toe nail removal. Poor baby had it stuck in his wind pipe! Ouch ouch ouch! I'm SO glad it's over and that they actually found the culprit. He has to stay in the hospital overnight for observation, but he'll be just fine. (And just so everyone knows... my poor daughter in law usually vacuums three times a day because he started crawling a few weeks ago. Babies are SO sneaky! )

Anyway... all is well and he'll be back in the game tomorrow.

Hey I have a question for you concerning this SpitFire; do you fill both the top & the bottom or just the bottom? I've all ready wasted two tanks of juice with it but would like to give it one more go if I can figure out what I'm doing wrong with it.
