Yay! Sinus med's working today & the headache is at bay Mouth was bleeding last night tho' Actually looking forward to seeing my dentist tmr for HELP!!!

I have a busy week at work ahead of me. This time of year is our "busy time", and we have one from our office that will be out having foot surgery, so she'll be out for sure one week, possibly longer. I do payables, so the first couple weeks are always busier for me anyway. So I'm really not looking forward to the upcoming week at work.... I feel bad for her, I know she's been hurting for awhile, and needs to have this done. But, OUCH........I would NOT want to have to have foot surgery. ANYHOODLES, if I'm not around as much the next week or so...that's why.

We had a "cold front" move in yesterday evening and temps went from triple digits to low 90's! Very noticeable, even the dogs worked longer at training and kept drives high this morning.

Well, she'd had surgery 2 years ago and they put a pin in her toe, now that pin is working it's way out. Just thinking about it send a chill down my SPINE. Oh, I am so sorry to hear that about your mother!!!

GG, I hope you find some answers. I go through spells where I have sleep issues, but it's mostly cuz DH snores. If I can get to sleep before him, I'm usually good. Otherwise, forget it.

Weather update........the sun has peeked through a cloud!!! WOO HOO, .......it's been grey, grey, grey here all morning.

I'm going to make wet burritos for dinner, so I have to go the store AGAIN.....LOL.......just went yesterday, but forgot to check for sour cream and cheese........and of course, we don't have enough.......

Get some of that OTC stuff like Tylenol PM only without the pain relief, maybe that would help you get back on track & it's "non" addictive

Of course a Margarita on the SIDE never hurts!! Actually, I'm off the hook. We're going to get carry out from the Mexican Restaurant not too far from us. I made the executive decision.....LOL........did not feel like going to the groc store AGAIN, since I went yesterday, nor was I really in the mood to make that big of a mess......I'm a messy cook...LOL!!! They're darn good though!!!

Here's a pic, but this isn't the way I make mine. .I go the ultra easy method.

I keep it simple and just use a loose variation of that recipe. But basically, the flour tortillas, refried beans, seasoned browned ground beef, enchilada sauce, CHEESE...no onion for DH....onion for me.......roll 'em up.....line the 9x13 with the rolled bundles of goodness (or 9x9 for a smaller batch) MORE CHEESE, more enchilada sauce....then bake at ?? 325 to 350 until all the cheese is melted. (huh, that recipe doesn't bake, well then.)

Then top however you like with any or all of the following: Sour cream, green onion, chopped onion, jalapenos, guacamole, black olives, lettuce, tomatoes. We generally just go with a few toppings. But any/all of those are just EXCELLENT choices........

I thought Tylenol PM was addictive......? I know it makes me too groggy. When I do take it, I split in down with a pill cutter and just take 1/4 of one pill. Nyquil is good, and Nyquil has a new one out Zquil, or something like that.

Doesn't it always rain when you've stained something??!! I think it's a rule...

I'm NEVER happy to leave the cabin. Not only is it beautiful & peaceful, but the RW is in town. Work, big house that always needs cleaning or something repaired, etc.....
