Lurking?? How to find a home within all the forums and threads?

I know! I feel so bad about whining about the rain, but I just can't help it!
It's like "Oh gosh, I have a never ending supply of cannoli it's so overwhelming!!"
And I really shouldn't be saying anything, since we don't live in a flood plane. But what the rain has done to our driveway and right-of-way is really bad and I'm not looking forward to what it's gunna cost to get a new drainage ditch formed and the roads grated. And we just had our driveway redone in 2011, so I was hoping to get at least another year or two out of it.
Speaking of which, I need to take new pictures to show my mom! I had taken them earlier in the season when the melting snow and rains started forming the big winding crevasse in our driveway, but now it's obviously gotten worse. Yes, I use the glacial term.

I don't know where you are, but we're in flood warnings here in N. GA too. Been that way all spring. The trout fisher-woman in me is jumping up & down with glee, but the rest of me is really glad we were forced to take out flood insurance last year.

I suppose I should really figure out how to host them (or get them hosted) so they can be downloaded. As it is, I'm stuck with email or a chat interface (Yahoo IM or Gmail Chat or what have you) to transfer them.

It's been quiet here today!! I'm envious of y'all going to the vape fest!!!
Dinner plans have changed. Ground Beef refuses to thaw, so it's back in the fridge for Sat. New plan, grilled hot dogs (those Angus ones...OMG, if you have not tried them, grab some when they're on sale!!)......and mac & cheese. Easy peasy.

I usually don't defrost in the microwave. DH grumbles, says it tastes different. (whatever) So, nope.....hot dogs......LOL!!!

Yeah I made a LOT!!! I do stew the same way. I have 2 growing boys lol I'm not cooking 5 meals a day.
We had chicken n mixed veggies for dinner ( I had a salad with a bit of chicken on it). So for the rest of the day they can eat chili.
It does whoever need to stop raining cause I am very allergic to methane... And I make them go outside to pass it

I'm lucky, he usually does whatever the meat portion is....usually. I do the veg (side) and bread, we don't always do a bread.
