Dale, I'm sorry to post that pic of our dinner when your mouth is so messed up and sore!!! That would NOT have been a good dinner for you. I have to be truthful though. I cheated on some of it. DH doesn't like pico de gallo, and I can't have a burrito without it, so I did pick up that, a large salsa & chips at the Mexican restaurant that we often get carry out from. Really, it's easy math for me. It's $3.89 for those three items, and I'd have paid that for just the bag of WAY TOO SALTY chips at the store....not to mention the ingredients for the pico....wish I'd just gotten a side of their rice though. Theirs is actually pretty good. It's a bit bland, but everyone's is, but it's always perfectly cooked and never sticky.

I hope it's not messed up cause I really like it & it's the only way I ever get to watch a movie straight through since hubby hog's the tv for wrestling & car races (and I let him)
