There's only one real question - did it have GOOD CHOCOLATE flavor? All else is secondary.....

Yes, it did. I also added about a half cup of chopped pecans. I have another recipe for chocolate zucchini cake I want to try. I'm going to use cake flour instead of all-purpose to see if it comes out "lighter". That will have to wait until Friday, though, because I have to take Skipper (the parrot) for a spa day (wings and talons); the avian vet is over an hour away, so it's going to eat up my afternoon tomorrow.
Oh yeah!!! I forgot about that. (Had a glass of wine...or...nope, not tellin')

You should know, there's two "camps" here. The anti-bacon (JerryRM) and pretty much everyone else. You must pick a side, and defend it unto death. Except no one actually dies, unless Jerry is right, and bacon is deadly.....I guess time will tell which side is correct.
I figure I'm not going to get out of this life alive, so I'm going to enjoy the bacon while I can.

Uhm, I'd say yes, since that's kind of how honey smells (not a fan). But a lot of juices don't smell the way they taste anyway.....
