:grr: You're supposed to be on my side no matter what!!!  JK
HIS is the one costing us money! Constant repairs, a total gas hog too! And he's a sales man; his monthly gas bill is at a least a hundred dollars higher than our house payment every freakin' month!! I rarely go anywhere anymore & can't remember the last time we had to do anything to my car except change a gas filter:blink: Both have over 100000 miles so that doesn't count. Sigh, why can't he see reason??? What guy wouldn't want a new car if his wife says, hey ... go get yourself something better?!?
I just don't understand:confused:
In the past I always had the better car because if something happened on the road I can't pick up the phone & call somebody, I'ld be pretty much at the mercy of whoever came along ... but no more than I run around anymore it just doesn't seem that important now.

I am on your side, even if it's not always what you want to hear! :D

In this case I think you have a very valid argument for keeping your car. I also understand his position too; he just wants to make sure you are safe. One possible idea though ... tell him okay, you get the new car but his vehicle has to be the one to go for the reasons you stated above. Then, after you have the new car, tell him he should use it for a while to 'break' it in ( which is, in fact, a good idea especially if it comes with a warranty of any kind ) rather than putting more miles on your other car. That way you at the very least, get rid of the money pit! :)

You didn't! I was just working on a couple of things ...

Will do! Anyone know what kind of 'issue' it is? Nevermind, probably none of my business .... I just hope whatever it is gets taken care of in the manner best suited for Deej!

It's personal... not health-related and not other-thing-related... just something I'm really not comfortable talking about.

It's gonna take a few more days... sigh...

Let's hope you get turned back around:) So you think 12 mg is too much?

Isn't that just a pain in the ....?!? Exhausted, lay down, mind twirls!!! hate it!

Seems to me you can turn that argument back on your DH now...

I understand his position (I really do!), but given that you've stopped driving so much, and he still does, it's HIS safety that YOU'RE worried about now...

    just my 2 cents...

And I do worry, the more time you are on the road the more likely you are to be involved in an accident! Don't know what I would do if something happened to him:(

Gonna try it anyway if nobody come's up with a better idea:)

Oh ... kind of like it was when it all first started.
Afraid I might be one of those rare people that have pain for years.
Did some reading up on the Oral Shingles (shudder)
Whatever, just gonna go on & keep on keepin' on :)
