Thanks GG! My inversion table helps but my backs just kinda shot from 2 really bad car accidents. I'm just hoping to hold off on surgery anytime in the near future. But I did have one of those balls now that I think about it...hummmm...did mines get lost on the move down from michigan...I must investigate
