I can do hot, but it overwhelms the other flavors for me.

Actually, sour cream really doesn't belong on tacos, but I do like the flavor it gives.

and maybe some mozzarella and pepper-jack along with the cheddar...
(I do like the shell made from BACON... that's a definite winner...)

I always put green chili dip (just sour cream with green chili's in it) on my tacos. And burritos. And in chili. And green chili chicken stew. I uh, sort of like the stuff.

I'm tired of fast food right now that I'm working with no days off. Had to run for a bit to throw some pinto beans in the slow cooker & a beef roast with carrots, potatoes & onions in another. That should feed me for a couple of days along with some rice & cornbread. Yum!!!
