Thanks Chim, I am banged up but functional thanks to meds. Trained from sunrise till noon, never missed a beat, now home and totally pooped + fixin to play life guard as my son goes swimming.

Are you left or right handed?

I am left handed, but do quite a lot right handed.
This is me....
Right handed: Bat, throw, bowl, golf, (full disclosure, my golfing is mostly riding in the cart, and walking in the weeds or woods looking for my ball,) etc.
Left handed: Write, apply mascara, vape (lol...used to be smoke) cast, as in using a fishing pole, then reel in with my right, not sure what that makes it for fishing though.

Thanks Lori & Quatro! It's a result of my degenerative disk situation I have with my back. I have cubital tunnel in my right hand. Eventually I'll have to have surgery I'm sure but I'm pushing it off for as long as I possibly can. So if I sleep with my arm bent or write too much or even things like peeling potatoes lol it aggervates it & in addition to the pain my hand swells & kinda locks up on me. Me & my back are just all one big mess! Don't worry too much Lori. I haven't been told that I need to work on using my left hand. It's just something I started working on myself because I thought it might be useful at someone point.

Did you hear that recently scientists have indicated that head transplants would be viable in the next 10 years or so? That kinda freaks me out ... not to mention raising a multitude of questions in my mind ...
I only mention that because if that comes to pass, perhaps being around in a 100 years or more isn't that far fetched ... I'm personally uninterested in going that route but I'm sure there are folks who are.

OK, partial catch up here. Dale, it's no surprise you're feeling depressed with all the problems you've had lately. You just do what you have to do to feel better. We're here. Haze, I got the shelf/ledge joke too. It often takes Lori a little longer. Smoky, glad to see you back. I hate to hear about the flooded garage, but sometimes stuff like that can be a good thing. If you're anything like me, you hoard, so nothing like a good ruining to make me throw some of the crap away. I'm so glad you & AB have meets to go to - they are loads of fun.
