I tried putting a vivi nova on it & it read .. I think Low load? Low something ... does that mean my head resistance was too low or what?
and when I get to menu 7 how do I select vv or vw ... or do I even want to mess with that?

Low load means the resistance is too low or you don't have it screwed down enough.

I like to use VW @ around 8 watts so then when you switch atomizers it will adjust the voltage accordingly to get it t 8 watts

When you get to menu 7 pause for a minute then it will show voltage or power. Press te button to switch between the 2
