Weekend? What's that? I've heard of them but I don't recall having had one in seemingly forever!

Seriously though, I'm glad you got some time to do things you needed/wanted to do!

Well hopefully you're making money hand over fist. Often it's feast or famine with some careers.

We could almost sit and play cards all winter long where I work, not really, but not far off. We can't in the office because it seems that paperwork never ends, and we use the slow time to catch things up.

Well, I'm part time, (by choice) unless I'm needed more. It's always a good time to take a vacation day when the boss is out of town, not because we're slackers, but because he's not there to need us. The other girls in the office are taking an extra day too. Plus our busy time is beginning to slow down, and I'm all caught up at work until tomorrow.

Hope you're not working too hard.

The project I'm working on is the pits ... virtually a no-win proposition with impossible deadlines but I allowed myself to get pulled into it so I have no one to blame but myself.

But who wants to talk about that ... did you get to do anything fun this summer? I can't believe it's already over!!!

I need to get my rear moving and head out to knock out these errands I've been putting off. I need dog food, I have enough for today, but can't put off that errand any longer.
