Yeah I intended to go to bed earlier. I jumped off of here for a while but I couldn't go to sleep. Ugggh!
That & just not being sleepy once I lay down. My dr changed up my meds & gave me something to help me sleep last week during my visit. Guess I should try that & see how it works, especially before I start the new job. My early days there will start at 9:30 & ill need my sleep for sure.
