I am a perfectionist when it comes to most things. That's not always a good thing. I hate making mistakes. Very rarely do I make the same mistake twice. Drives me nuts sometimes. It also works against me in my singing. The more I'm afraid of forgetting lyrics, the better chance I have of forgetting those lyrics. :glare: Then that can cause stage fright. ugh

My poor daughter is that way too and OCD to boot8-o

Did you take any Tylenol PM last night?:?:

Ugggh! I am a little OCD too. That I inherited from my mother  & she knows it. Lol

I didn't. I talked with my doctor again about my sleep during our visit the other week. She increased one of my meds because she said I can use it for anxiety & sleeplessness as well. She upped the number of pills per month & told me to take those before bedtime. I'm going to try that again tonite & see if it helps since I normally don't sleep well before any big event.

Awwwh I can relate to that too Robin. Sometimes it's a blessing & then it's sometimes a curse depending on the situation. We put so much pressure on ourselves.
