I try to avoid stores all together after Thanksgiving. I make every effort to have it done before that. People are just horrible after that. The holidays are suppose to be a joy and instead people stress so bad and they act like anyone who works for a store is sub human and doesn't even deserve common courtesy! They want it and they want it now for 1/2 price!

Example today (lucky for the man it was the other manager helping him) but it went kinda like this.
Man: My grandson likes this particular Anime (Japanese cartoon). Do you have it?
Jenn: Let me check. Sorry sir we're all sold out at the moment. We can special order it for you if you'd like. Takes about 7-10 days for it to arrive but you'd have it in time for the holidays.
Man: No thanks. What else would he like? But nothing with too much violence in it. There's a lot of violence in some of those.
Jenn: let me suggest...yada yada yada. Those are all good and kid friendly.
Man: but would he like those?
Jenn: I can't say for sure because I don't know him personally sir.
Man: well sell me something. Don't you watch all of these?
Jenn: sir based on the one you were looking for & his age these are the ones I feel most comfortable offering as a substitute. I don't watch all of these personally.
Man: well I can't believe that! You work here & you don't watch these! I want you to sell me something. Tell me what he'd like!
Jenn: sir I'm sorry but we sale a wide range of products from electronics, music, movies, tv series & collectables. There's no way I could possibly watch everything here. Not knowing the young man this would be what I'd recommend.
Man: well what good are you? I wanted you to sell me something! Talking to you is pointless!
You get the point...I'm sure my summary was much nicer than he really was. But you get the point. Basically, you don't know what he likes but you expect us too...really...have a great day sir.
