Nose bleed like that can sometime be associated with high BP...in the ER we usually pack a bad nose bleed and ice packs to slow it down...want to slow flow so it will clot...make sure not to take aspirin or NSAIDs right now!

Yep. I pack it and no aspirin etc. ice PAC on nose. Benadryl. Afrin on nose PAC in nose. Lean forward squeeze top of nose all that stuff. But sometimes it just will not quit till after I pass out and throw up. I think it is allergy related. The gray cat was on my side of the bed she goes out and brings back pollen. As well as sheds everywhere. But it could have been hubby and family too. I don't have a cuff here. But my pulse is fine.
It just happens occasionally. Just usually not that bad. I have all of us on a low sodium diet. Hubby does have hb.

We had a tornado jump our house a few years back. Good thing about being on the top of this ridge. You can watch the weather split around the house. That was the one that got the school in gainesville haze. The whole house shook. And you could hear the train.

I lost some huge trees and one of them crushed the bed of one of my trucks but I was lucky; it could have been a lot worse.
