Yes! if i could strangle them through the phone that would be great! lol! I hope so! They tend to take her for granted now that she's retired. She's always picking up the grands from here or there or grabbing the nephew from daycare & then keeping him for hours without anyone even asking!! Smh!!

Yep, my sis never did cut the apron strings ... always dependent on Mom. I glad your Mom got to come for a visit, sounds like she needed a rest!

Looks like my sister in-law's house got hit, they are missing part of their roof and their deck is in the neighbors yard and trees are laying all over the place. Everyone is fine though and luckily my niece is at her grandma's and mostly out of the storm.

Also hearing the Holiday Inn in Earth City here got hit and they are talking about many injuries

Everyone is fine and insurance will take care of the damage. Not clear on if it was an actual tornado or just really heavy wind that damaged the roof because they were in the basement but there were reports of a touchdown very close to where they lived.

Ok, so confirmed no injuries at the Holiday Inn, for some reason there was a large police presence and social media speculated but everything is fine there.

Looks like it is going to be a long night though, more storms coming from the southwest.
