So the damage to my sister in-laws house is not that bad, just one little hole and a lot of shingles missing. Got it all tarped up and the house is dry. The patio cover that took the part of the roof with it however is gone, but all in all not too bad. Two houses on their street are pretty much just gone though.

Still have not heard of any serious injuries or casualties, aside from my friend Samantha's car.....

Aaron, good to hear the family are alll okay!

Glad nobody was in that car when the tree fell too!

Yeah she is glad too but very upset at the same time. There were around 20 cars in the lot and hers is the only one that got nailed. Pointed out to her that she was fuming because other people's cars didn't get destroyed and got her to laugh at the situation.

Oh, not what I thought you meant at all ... I thought you meant that she would get up on her tippy toes thereby creating a 'camel' hump .... you know, 'cause she's a weiner dog!

Yes, I can sometimes reach odd conclusions that nobody else came to! :?:

Came to that conclusion also.

That's what I thought too, NGA. It must be a guy thing. LOL

Nope, not at all. ;)

Uh.......no guys, that's what I thought too.....just sayin' :)

Lori, I'm glad you're OK too, but I have this strange feeling that your house isn't clean yet......EDIT - I almost forgot! AB, have you got any pics yet of your bejeweled creations????
Your lunch place sounds YUMMI!! I have never had fried green tomatoes. Don't get me wrong, the "do" that here, I've just always been scared to try them. Yes, all good here. Not even a stick to pick up in the yard, a few leaves blew out of the trees, lots of rain, but that's it.

Also wanted to chime in on the pics...AB...where are they?? :):)

Oh, and...my house is usually pretty clean...I don't have full on OCD issues...just 1/2....I really just needed to dust and do floors....
