I made chicken breasts with rice, green beans and boiled potatoes. The rice and chicken are cooked together in the oven and the rice has golden mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and broccoli and cheese soup all mixed in, then you pour it over the chicken breasts and cook covered in the oven...Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

So what's on everyone's plate for tomorrow? I'm going to sleep until 10 (I hope), then go hang a screen door for my mom. I have to get my estimate written up; trying to keep the venom out of my pen and not charge too hard. But if I get the job, it's going to be pissy, so I want to get paid for it.

That sounds good. I do something similar with chicken thighs:

Creamy Chicken Thighs with Paprika

8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
¼ cup unsalted butter
3 T flour
2 T smoked paprika
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
½ cup sour cream
8 oz sliced mushrooms

Spray a baking dish with PAM. Arrange thighs in dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Melt butter; remove from heat. Stir in flour, paprika and poultry seasoning, making a paste.
Spread paste over thighs.

Mix milk and sour cream with soup until smooth and pour over thighs. Top with sliced mushrooms.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with rice or noodles.
