Thanks guys! I'm just not able to tolerate disrespect very well. Especially from someone who doesn't even really work for me yet. Then be told by my DM basically that I can't let the person go. So basically you've given someone permission to talk to me like they're crazy & there's nothing I can say or do because I still have to retain my professionalism at all times. I'm trying to calm myself but every time I think about it it makes my blood boil!! Maybe I need some tea or some lavender candles or something! If I didn't need this job I'd have given my resignation right then & there! I'm just praying that something else comes through soon! Sorry I vented a tad bit guys!

Nothing like that but I wish he would!! I've told my boss that he's tried to hit on me but I can handle that. The problem is more that he's starting from the bottom again & feels like he's above it all since he's been there done that. But starting over is what it is. No one cares. You need a job you take the best one that's offered. This isn't your last one. I'm over qualified for this one but I don't go around telling people to check my resume & making waves before I even get my foot in the door. I know I have to endure this to get to where I wanna be. But trust I've talked to my boss about it too!

He's good at that He built his own grass field here when he first started flying. Here's a 26 sec vid of him taking off from our place in his first ultralight back in 2007. (He was not quite 21)

Good, I'm glad to hear that you aren't taking his crap, tell him to "F" off, if he does it again and he probably will do it again. From what you have said, he sounds like a jerk.
