Angie, you need to up your nic levels, otherwise you may end up falling off the vaping wagon honey...I would suggest 18mg and then going down from there...at least go to 12mg..that will help you out.

it can go easier if you can drop your level gradually, in 2mg (or 4mg) increments.
Yeah, don't drop down till you've been at it awhile...trust me, your body will turn on you lmao...always remember that no matter how much you vape it's never gonna be as bad as cigarettes. Vape on girlfriend

Yes, exactly what Deej said. I kept a 36mg but started at a 24mg. When I felt like I wanted to go get a pack, I would switch and vape the 36mg for a little while till I got rid of that feeling...I am now down to 18 but I keep some 24mg just in case...when I drop down to 12 I will keep some 18...on and on like that
