Good Morning All! Didn't mean to start a whole convo about migraines

Nope, nope! Not painful at all but extremely annoying!!! First time it happened to me was in a grocery store; couldn't read a thing & scared the living daylights outta me

Scary driving back home, was serveral years before an older lady finally knew what I was talking about & told me what it was. What a relief! Best way I can describe mine is it's like trying to read a book lying at the bottom of a running stream of water with the sun shining on it.

Can't do a thing about it but give up trying to read or watch anything & just keep the eyes closed until it goes away
