I think MBV has a really good Snickers flavoring. I have only added it to my Sticky Bun, which was purchased already made. I have not added it to/tried it in a straight DIY mix.

I am at work...
I think it does make a difference. Working & sleeping. I read an article that our bodies need "labor" so to speak to stimulate the rest/sleep mode. Even maybe some more exercise....

That's the cheap knockoff, you can tell by the pattern on the bottom ring and the very short atomizer. I've heard those are not great and the tanks are actually plastic not glass

Yeah, I went to bed at 3am and didn't get up till 8am so that's pretty good for me Yayyyyyyyyy, I didn't think I would be able to go to sleep but I tried Lori's suggestion of some melatonin and I was asleep pretty darn quick lol. ((((hugs)))) everyone!

Ah, you're such a sweetheart Angel I know you didn't get any sleep last night! You're gonna have to work on that you know.
At the very least try some Tylenol P.M., they make it without pain reliever in it now you know & equate is cheap!
