okies.. found out, they have to keep them for 5 days.. for observation and vet checkups.. the upstate is seriously over flowing with kitty. but the good news is.. one lady contacted me on them, and is placing her name on the list to snag at least 2. I hope she will follow thru. they keep them for 30 days, and after than send them on to other places that do have the space for them. they only put down if they are "deemed unsafe". So it is a big relief.. but I am wondering where they will send.. reguardless.. I wish them the best.. house is cleaned.. YAY and I am home alone!! **oh crap!! hehe!!

From what I know, she sent free drip tips to her friends and she may have been selling on Facebook, but I don't think that she tried to sell on ECF. What she does elsewhere should have no impact on her ECF status.

She wasn't selling here, I don't think, but if you sell anywhere, you can be deemed an unregistered supplier. I think she's going to go ahead & register, so it should be OK in the end.
