I love flying... wish it didn't cost so much to rent an airplane...

Interestingly (to me, anyway), my cat was FASCINATED by this video!

When I was flying, back in the 80's, it was about $90/hr for the plane & gas. I don't know what the cost is these days.

GG, that's not a weird family, I think that's cool!! My mom grew up during the Depression. She always said she was one of the lucky ones because they lived on a farm, and at least they had food. But she talked about stuff they did with pig innards, however, I'm sure on the farm, in the 30's, there was NOTHING gourmet about it....LOL.

I rarely had lima beans, until I went into the Army. There was a surplus lima bean crop and the gubmint bought the excess. We had lima beans with every meal, for a while. LOL

Holy CRAPPOLA, I sure with that weather front would COME ON and get here!!!! I've been nursing a migraine all flipping day!!! We love it Chim, we just have a double wide mobile home but we moved here from a 950 square foot house so thought it was a Mansion at the time! LOL, it was getting pretty crowded at the old place & the son was entering puberty; thought it was time the kiddo's had their own room!
