Got another question for anyone willing to answer. I have six GDNA shells right now, large screen. For some reason on ECF, it seems people would rather buy something already built and ready to ship then to request I build them a custom creation just to their liking. Do you'll think that is the case? Should I go ahead in my (limited) free time and create a few versions within the scope of what I think is interesting? Since I am just learning here, figured the best place to ask would be potential customers. Should I do the same with some drip tips?

Figured I might as well go ahead and talk about a few more thing (especially since Inspects, who got the first, already spilled the beans...LOL). Yes, myself and the forum entity formerly known as Gdeal...LOL...have been working for months on the perfect self adjusting 510. After many, many iterations and different materials, we have solved all the hurdles and created a 510 that is all SS juice contact, isn't a wimpy build that breaks easy, doesn't leak and maintains a strong electrical connection. All new GDNA mods I sell will have the new connection unless you request the manual. At some point I will offer up an upgrade, but I am not in the business selling 510s, so sorry but won't be offering parts unless something changes.

I have several other projects I am working on in my limited spare time, just not sure I am ready for them to be out in public view yet.

I agree with BobC, I think people don't always know they want something until they see it. Also, for me, the possibilities are endless, and therefore, overwhelming. I couldn't tell you exactly what I would want a mod to look like, but I could tell you what I don't want, and certainly what I like once I see it. It's a gamble, though, because then you're banking on someone liking something you've already completed.
I also agree that if you make some more of those black on black ones, they'd sell for sure.

D_J, I don't think people know what they want till you show them, you do some black on black etc. and they'll buy them
See, it's just not my style to limit myself on creativity unless a customer specifically requests such. My favorites are the paina swirl models or experimenting with a completely new design style. I have however considered one possible solution for the "preferred" color of black. Wonder is there is any interest in a 100% real carbon fiber cloth, impregnated into the outside surface of a GDNA? I will say that one of my 'secret' projects involves carbon fiber. I'll say no more...LOL.

I'd say a big yes on the carbon fiber.

And thanks for the responses so far, I appreciate them. I'll go ahead and finish out a black on black, maybe a new tweak on it or something. Just figured there are enough pics of them already for people to choose that scheme. But hey, willing to try and see how it goes.

I agree that having some prebuilt and painted may move them quicker, but referring prospective customers to browse your photobucket pages will familiarize them with a range of your painting combinations or lead them to come up with one of their own.

Everyone's drip tips are coming along perfectly. Hopefully tomorrow, midday I can get outside and take some nice pics of them. And then I will send out an invoice to everyone. So please make sure I have your email via PM.

Also ordered up some more carbon fiber. Got the standard black and also a new one that is red/black. So hopefully soon I may have a couple fully real carbon fiber shrouded GDNA mods!
