Whew, my hands are spent from sanding. Wish a power sander would work for delicate sanding jobs, as my power sander hands are worn out. But man I am proud to present the Kawasaki green GDNA for Inspects and a blackwood satin router driptip for dhaiken.

Looks fantastic J.....Can't wait to add it to the collection.....!!

Quick update on drip tips. Everyone who has contacted me via PM and wood come in for, I did manage to squeeze in some time yesterday and get all the blanks cut out. Hopefully I'll have time during the week to get most turned down, bored and cut to length. Then that will allow me to CA a large batch all at once.....I hope. ...lol.

Sigh...off to my real job.

Sorry, been a busy week for me. Will have some new an interesting things to report in the coming weeks. For now, I just had to relax a little bit. I have taken tomorrow off at my real job and getting a jump on the weekends worth of work.

Glad you had a chance to take a break! I don't know how you can work all day then come home and work some more. I know a lot of folks do it but it has to be tough on a person. Have a great day!

Glad you took a break, after I got my new African Blackwood Router Style Drip Tip. ;-}
Didn't care for it on my Nuppin'/Woodvile combo. It looked a little too modern on it.
But it did find a home on a Lancia w/glass tank perched upon a Peko and it looks perfect!
However, I must now accelerate my plans to refinish the battered Peko to be worthy of its presence.
Anybody who doesn't think a Drip Tip is worth $45.00 hasn't tried one like this.
Best one I have ever owned! Kudos to the Master.

OK, other computer geeks, I need a new laptop. My old laptop is now being dedicated to my CNC machine. So it must be windows (don't even think about it mac geeks), dedicated graphics as I am a gamer too, SSD drive a must and not to small a machine, yet still be within a reasonable budget. This is my choice as of today - HP - Omen with the gtx960 and 256gb SSD - best price so far - HP OMEN 15.6" TouchScreen Laptop Intel Core i7 8GB Memory 256GB Solid State Drive Black 15-5113dx - Best Buy

Thoughts? Better suggestions? And don't even bother, mac people, I wanna real computer. I may have to run my CNC software from it sometimes, so not an option anyway.

I would not be shopping for anything less than 16GB ram with 4gb dedicated graphics, SSD, i7, and a 17" screen if it were for gaming. That being said, if you can wait a bit longer and save a bit more, you can't go wrong with an Alienware. They are designed just for gaming but will do anything else you want, too.

I did look at Alienware. They are cool, just not sure those are for me. It I really wanted a hard core gaming laptop, the MSI brand have been getting better reviews, such at the Ghost. To be honest, when I do have time to game, it's mostly on consoles and mainly xbox one. I haven't been a hardcore PC gamer since the days of Quake2 tourney and Unreal tourney. But I am hearing under windows 10, somehow I can stream my xbox one to the laptop and want to make sure the new laptop isn't totally gimp. My current laptop feels like a boat anchor compared to the new thin models and love the portability of slightly smaller and lighter laptop. But number one reason, money saved here goes toward more tools! LOL. Next purchase is a dedicated CNC mill so I don't have to convert my lathe. An extra $500 not spent on a laptop buys a good bit of tooling for the mill.
