Yes, it's one of three issues I have been plagued with for a long time. First one I am hoping get's fixed soon and that has to do with the sleep apnea. Second is never being able to get more than about 4 hrs without my back killing me, but trying to work through that by changing location about half way through a sleep cycle and maybe once I can get back into deep sleep it won't be a problem. Going to get my results tomorrow. But the third issue is the worst for me and it's the having a list and people waiting on me. Drives me insane to make people wait on me. That issue keeps me awake probably more than any other. But as a vendor now, i am just going to have to work through that and try to start forcing myself to stop and take days off. Don't think since I have started selling stuff, actually long before the vendor on ECF I use the place that shall not be named, and don't think hardly a day has gone by that I don't work on something for somebody. A lot of the issue is I hand work everything. I already mentioned my paint/poly process and how long that takes, adding CA even longer. But haven't really mentioned the drip tips. Each tip I cut a core blank out the wood, turn it down manually on the lathe, bore it out and sand. Once I mount it to the SS core and start the CA process, every single sand cycle or polish cycle is hand worked so I can see the wood. Using power equipment here can cut the layers out to quick or cause you to miss little nuances of the wood that might get hidden or sanded away. So it takes a considerable amount of time to layer CA, sand and polish, then rinse repeat until the finish looks like what I want. So that long time for products to be finished coupled with not wanting to make people wait is rough. And I feel bad for the couple of guys I have waiting on mods to be finished as I save those for weekend work since it is more involved time wise. Damn, ok, shutting up rambling now.

I am to go start getting the pics in a minute, polishing up one last tip. There are also going to be some spares in this batch, initially only a couple, but several more once I get them final polished.

Ya gotta go get the breathing machine, quickly

I think
So that's the XL premade core.

I was going to say beer can but the dimensions didn't quite match, not quite tall enough.

It looks awesome, I think I'm going to need to find something it will work with (and a piece of wood big enough) What is the diameter on it?
you need one of SuperX's M-Atties for that

This pic below shows the soup can better....haha....did you just name my tip style? It is a very large premade core I get, but takes a big ole piece of wood. I got these cores mainly for peeps who want natural finish wood, even though I Ca them too, like this one. It is solid SS all the way through from top flange to bottom so no juice will mix with wood. I had a amboyna burl one of those in my first batch. Actually I keep forgetting to post it for sale as I still have it.

Amboyna burl

I'm excited to be getting the soup can and its running mate!

Really digging that center bottom one... they all are awesome, though! The soup can kinda scares me, it's so BIG!
That is brown mallee, I will have extra of the red and the brown mallee. So just send me a PM if you would like one. I have some pre-made and Peter sent me extra material on those too. Not to mention the red is what my Gdibi is made from.....ekkk...gotta grab me a button and tip quick....hahahaha.

No metal on the mouthpiece side for me please
What the hell are you talking about Bob? I am making your next ones just like before. Besides, that tiny scrap of wood you sent isn't anywhere close to size diameter needed for that "Soup Can" lol. Wait, I don't like that name, it's has to be beer can. So I am officially changing it to beer can tip.

And Bob, check your IM as you have some good news on it.

Last of this batch, and I will post all extras for sale later today. I will get everyone's packages in the mail today. Thanks.

FYI, all three of these tips are Seward Park maple. The bottom one is still available and I have two more just like it I am polishing. Just PM if interested. Also, they have nice color, good darks and lights, but no spalt lines like the top two. Hard to catch those suckers just right to show on a tip.
