I haven't been to Vegas since the beginning of the 21st century, but I saved a boat load by switching to vapors.

Yup. It's even chilly here. But much better than where I was. It was dang cold up at 3000' in the Blue Ridge earlier today.Florida, Ross?
Glad you had a safe trip! Glad you didn't delay your trip a day. You would have weather issues if you had. Ice....snow...etcYup. It's even chilly here. But much better than where I was. It was dang cold up at 3000' in the Blue Ridge earlier today.

Well, happy to report yesterday was a great PT session (especially considering I practically crawled out last Thursday). Amazing the difference it makes depending on the PT therapist I get. They have been helping me with my shoulder, so I actually got on the lathe for a few minutes last night. Pretty sore afterwards, but finally created something I have been needing for a long time. A new jig for creating the 510 pin. Anyway, excuse the mess, haven't been able to really clean my lathe for a while. But hopefully as soon as I can get some soldering projects out of the way (people who have been waiting a while for mods), I can start back with drip tips.
Anyway, a few pics of the new 510 pin cutting jig. Works like a charm and the aluminum really pulls off the heat, which is a huge problem drilling the 1/16" juice hole. The aluminum is threaded and slotted, so it holds the pin, yet the slots allow the chuck to put pressure on the threads to hold without damaging them. My old jig was SS and it ruined a ton of screws trying, mainly due to the excess heat.
