M201 & 402: My dream e-cigs!

Ok, just dried out a cartridge (as fast as I could) and switched to some JC Stawberry. The vapor is much better after putting 2 drops in the cartridge and 2 drops on the atty. The throat hit is not bad - not monstrous but pretty acceptable.

I figure after the atty breaks in further, and after I get my hands on some TW or EST, there should be some pretty damn good vapor and throat hit.

Also, the draw, IMO, is fairly easy. So, if this unit is as reliable as most people say, I think I'm a pretty happy vaper.

Caywen, its reliable but it doesn't last forever. In fact, atomiser's longevity is pretty much a hit and miss. I've had atomisers last 3 months and i've also burnt some after 3 days.

Get some extra atomisers. The ones you have should be 4 hole atomisers. The ones you plan to buy according to the website pictures, seems to be 2 hole versions. I personally don't see too much of a difference except for the ease of draw. Some people report significant differences though.

You'll be surprised at the M402 battery life, considering its size.

Definitely picking up some more atomizers. I ordered 4 more attys - some people said the 2 hole atomizers get more vapor, but we'll see. I'm going to try soaking in vinegar once a week to see how well it helps the coil stay clean.

Well, looks like you fell in the second half of their backlog (not as lucky as Deacon240 was) . They did announce on the website that they will ship all backlogs by Monday (14th) as they only had 3 working days last week.

It usually takes 7 days but if i were to make a guess, it'll probably arrive within this week, assuming customs are not sleeping on the job.

You're gonna love your first ecig. This is an excellent supplier to buy from.

Ok, home from work and got one of my black "DSE401" cartridges from esmokershop.com loaded with some kick e liquid. Here are my observations:

• The cartridge snaps into the mouth piece nice and tight, I actually had to use tweezers to get it out.
• There was way too much polyester in the blank cartridge. I took about 1/3 of what it came with out, and now it looks normal.
• It fits beautifully on a M40x atty
• The mouthpiece is about 2mm shorter than a "winged" cartridge mouthpiece.
• The cartridge does not fit in a mouthpiece that came with a "winged" cartridge.
• I got 12 drops of liquid in the cartridge with no spill over.
• The draw is slightly harder with this cartridge than the "winged" one.

I have no idea if this is the "new" or "old" design, or if it is the EVO design...but they hold a lot of liquid.

10 Days all the way to Hawaii.. that's pretty fast...but they forgot a charger that I ordered . Oh well just an excuse to order some liquid so i can get the charger!
Oh forgot to add that the 10 days was from order and payment to actual delivery. Shipping time was 7 days! 4/9-4/16
Gehring: try emailing Absolutely... they might be able to help you, however if they already shipped, it should only take a few days to leave China. China EMS "forgot" to ship my package on my first order, then USPS mis-scanned the Tracking No...

I ordered it on 4/10. EMS Tracking says it was dispatched from the sorting center on 4/15. That was the last tracking update. Anyway, I guess I am just anxious to get started.

Well, not a grudge really, just posting my experience. HOWEVER, Absolutely did include two free atomizers, and a free pack of carts with my last order, even though the shipping mistake was completely not their fault. It really solidified my belief in their customer service. Well, Fedor, what can I say, you were right on the mark, I got everything i ordered, and am now a firm believer in both the M401 and Absolutely E-Cigs. I actually have a 901 on the way, just to "test" the waters, so to speak, but I already predict that I might be spoiled by the M401/M201.

Only problem is I've become the go-to guy for e-cigs amongst my friends... I'd rather be lazy and just vape all day without having to worry about troubleshooting and such, but oh well...

Again Fedor, I really can't thank you enough for your review and links to Absolutley... I just came back from the bar tonight, and as much as I wanted an analog, the 401 and 201 made the experience bearable at the very least. I just need to remeber to bring high nic liquid to the bar... though I'm still not really used to being the "ambassador" to vaping.

There is not internet service for that. I have to call them.

You could give a try.

As for being an ambassador, i think you are doing a great job on and off the forums. You've helped answer many questions on this thread at least. Your friends are a lucky bunch.

Ok, DHL will not allow shipping e-cigarettes any more (at least from China) since Hong Kong baned the e-cig. Their main office is in Hong Kong. New rule for DHL China!

Two weeks ago I got my first M201/401/402/403 by DHL. Yesterday they told me this new rule!

UPS, FEDEX And TNT have a very very high price. My package is about 35 Kgms and DHL was charging me $452. The other 3 comapnies will charge me from $750 to $810.

EMS is charging me $441. Now, EMS seems to be a goberment couirier service network and their prices are very good. I do not know how good is their service.

Off-topic, but here's my 2nd day with my M402:
- Definitely getting more vapor now, but it's clear to me that JC juice is inferior. My last e-cig, my JC juice was giving me barely acceptable vapor, but I thought it was the e-cig. It clearer to me now that I need some TW or EST. BTW, JC Kona Coffee is NASTY and yields little vapor. I'd stay clear of that.
- Battery life is not bad. Not blown away, but definitely not disappointing.

So, still happily vaping this. Can't wait for my new order of attys and battys.

got my 402 today. new e-smoker. Have a quick question.

why do the marlboro carts taste funky? like the have apple flavoring or something.

I read in the manual to let it sit for 10 mins, which I did after a few puffs when I realized it. The first couple puffs were great, but then I got that bitter apple taste.

Now every drag is the apple taste. Does 'marlboro' taste like bitter apple?

Also, can anyone recommend a good flavorless e-juice? I noticed puresmoker has it, but the lowest mg is 18mg. TW is always out of it, so I've given up on them.

Appreciate it. I hate to bother the manufacturer with my off the wall question, because they've been great. I'm so glad the OP recommended the Smoore website.
