I recently received some of this and I'm really anxious to make it. However, I'm skeptical that it will be any good. It smells AWESOME. But, when I taste the extract by itself, it tastes like fish oil. Also, the label does not mention anything about being alcohol based or containing alcohol. I have a feeling that it is OIL based purely because of the flavor. So, have these changed recently? I've never tried it before, but it has rave reviews.

I still have a spot of this left from an order I got a long time ago. I didn't get good flavor with it until around 15% flavor. It didn't leave any greasy residue on my atties so I don't think it's oil based, but who knows for certain?
