I have a lot of mech mods now. forget the clones. the pinoy,Korean and greek are pretty good. everyone of my made in usa ones just are far superior. I don't know why really. I don't think a metal tube cares where it is made. they are just much better for whatever reason. I am kind just stumped to why? i am not being a troll i am serious. i don't know why other countries don't make them with that fit, finish and heft.

that makes sense. the us has individuals with more capital to start and run these companies. it also makes sense people here would invest in this as the e-cig business is now a 2-billion dollar plus industry. some other countries simply cannot afford the material, fabrication and skilled labor. I swear there is a very obvious difference what I have from the usa and any other country. I don't doubt there is also us garbage but luckily I have not encountered it. interestingly though most of the us companies are using springs and brass/copper pins. I would think they would be the leaders of silver and magnets. perhaps these companies no something I don't. they probably do in fact.

most of my mods and attys are from the Philippines. i personally think that is were the best stuff comes from. the hana modz (usa) is the only usa made piece i have. also i have a svoemesto semovar (germany), believe it or not the hana modz is as the bottom of the quality list. it isnt poor quality but compared to everything else its just not superior. i mean the svoemesto semovar is a very very high quality piece of kit and innovative as well. my jd tech stingrays are absolutely amazing pieces of engineering and flawless in every way... not to mention they are gorgeous!:D the hana is a aluminum box and thats it, does its job and it isnt a piece of crap but still most of my gear is definitely Philippian or German. my:2c:

I like the Semovar, but it uses an off-the-shelf chip, so I'm not sure how innovative it is; same as the Hanna...
not really talkin about the chip being innovative. the mod itself is. it can do a lot. hybrid, mech button attachment, sticker mod, 350, 500, 650 tube, adjustable 510, adjustable battery cap thats a list of features that a lot of mods dont have. so yeah, innovative like i said.

I almost acquired a Semovar in a trade last December for a ProVari, but after playing with it for a while, I realized I like simple. The full kit has a lot of parts and options, which I really don't need or care for. It was well machined, though...

definitely well machined thats the main thing that stands out about the semovar for me. it took me a day to get the menu system down but i really enjoy it, i was very skeptical about the one button menu thing. i like the semovar a lot, it does everything i want it to do and i can adjust every little aspect. dim the lcd lights or turn them off completely, check ohms, check battery voltage, check battery voltage under load. i mean its a long list, haha. but yeah i love how well it is machined.

I have the king, big nasty, paragon, fecit and a few others I don't remember off hand. they put all my pinoy mods to shame in workmanship. like jd,standout, ghettoinc. they even put kato and gg to shame. that is just my opinion. they are heavier, have smoother thread, hit harder just everything. I feel the world is a global community now. I am not a buy usa person. it just so happens they are the best examples I have thus far. for instance I will say Cadillac sucks! what I am saying is I am in no way biased. they have just proved to be a lot better. they are not perfect. they have some machining marks, little dents etc out of the box. on the other hand the threads on my hammer actually cut me! the chi you came close to doing the same. which is odd because korea is usually pretty good. Hyundai knows how to build a car dare I say.

I did not mean to be a jerk. I really did not realize that the thing is the us just has more money to put into equipment and labor. besides the equipment that can be very expensive. I suppose a skilled us cnc machinist in the us is many times more skilled than one from somewhere else. not that there aren't incredible artists elsewhere. I would say the best mods from elsewhere are the gg and caravela. those are pretty good. it will not stop me from collecting more form elsewhere but the usa ones are the ones I mainly use. that being said the king is in a class by itself.

I have an AR Mod and thats my carrying everyday use, but my slug made by pinoys is really bueatiful. The Assets by jemit is a nice hybrid, but it turns on me and my coils get screwed.
The AR Mod is a beast and heavy.

PS. Cadillacs don't sux, I love my CTS4

the ar is a good one too. I posted the kaleido. it looks very nice but it has a real sharp edge on the "tshirt" and the threads are not so great. other mods do look nicer but I will take function first. the usa mods also seem to weigh more.

I did not mean to insult Cadillac really. I guess I did. it's just my opinion I don't mean any harm. I just think for the money a lexus is nicer. which leads me to are there any Japanese mods? I would imagine those would be exceptional quality. I would like to see a maki-e one! I bet that would cost a fortune too.
