I know this is not a beginners setup, but I'm a tinkerer and wanted to have the option to experiment with quad coils and sub ohms.

Any comments or suggestions are appreciated.

I have one and it hits like a beast. I love that it has adjustable airflow. I have heard from many people that the W3 has a very funky top cap with the adjustable airflow and can be kinda awkward building a coil on it and getting the airflow correct for a good hit.

Also try twisting different wire gauges together and using that to wrap your coils. I have found that my favorite wire to use is 29 gauge and 32 gauge twisted together. It produces a very clean, crisp, and dense flavor vape.

I totally understand the want to tinker, as I am the same way, but please read up on battery safety before you get to far. There is a lot of energy stored in these batteries and if you aren't careful and understand what you are doing they can potentially be very dangerous.

If you bought a digital multimeter, you could use it to monitor your battery voltage, measure coil resistance, and troubleshoot connection issues.

I've read very good things about the Trident. I decided against it as it can't do quad coils.

I think the charger I bought has a voltage display. If not, I do have a multimeter ...somewhere.
