I'm still waiting on a replacement/refund... some kind of explanation (?) from sweetspotvapor.net for the e-LVT 15w regulated mod I sent them
months ago after the firing button started firing continuously. I send him an email or call him about every two weeks, and if he deigns to respond, he tells me in exasperated tones about all the trouble he is having negotiating the return from China! I'm pretty patient, really, but this is getting ridiculous. It was a 70 dollar item (albeit a gift from my ex... so maybe it figures, heh) WITH an insurance policy he paid extra for. And I only got to use it for about 8 weeks.
Yet another reason to order from Dino, whom we know to be A+ in customer service.
Seriously, can you guys imagine that your customer sends back a defective product at their own expense, and then you just ignore them/give them the run-around---or worse, excuse yourself because you're having an issue with your supplier? What is this? Did he do me some GIANT favor by selling my bf the thing, and now I've just gone too far, asked too much?
Or am I just extra irritable because of the extra prednisone I'm taking for my arthritis? OK, I KNOW I am irritable, but he should give me a store credit or something, I think. And answer his phone once in a while. Grrr.
