Ouch, Duck. That sounds unpleasant, to say the least. Steroid shots can make you feel crazy for a few days--if it was corticosteroid like prednisone or something along those lines. So if you do... don't worry--it should pass. They mess with your natural endocrine levels and your flight/fight/freeze responses, from what I've read.
Let's hope it's just muscular, like POV said. Lung problems are scary.
I ended up going to the emergency room saturday night, because of the pain but mostly because my heart kept racing and beating really hard. I was really scared. I got an ekg done and a chest X ray. They said my heart was good and there was nothing in my chest xray. I was having panic attacks, because I was worrying about the pains in my chest and arm. They assured me my lungs and heart really are in great shape, and that I tore/pulled a tendon/muscle/nerve in my chest. After having the ekg and xray done my panic attacks stopped. I am still in pain, but it is slowly getting better. I started taking my muscle relaxers like I am supposed to. I had never taken muscle relaxers in my life and was scared so I was not taking them as much as the doctor told me to. I have barely been able to vape, and I cannot inhale the vapor into my lungs at all. It sucks not being able to vape much :( One tank of eliquid (kanger evod2 tank) has lasted me almost 3 days. After learning to vape some what happily without inhaling I am going to continue not inhaling when my chest gets better. I cannot wait until this gets better!

So I've got a few more attys in. Im really impressed with the nomad, vengeance and Kennedy. Looking for a rampage. Dino, will you be carrying that? The inner dome looks interesting. There's anothey atty has that feature too but I forget.

Also may be in the market for a good sub tank that has a build deck as allowed to proprietary coil heads, and doesn't leak much. I don't do genesis style...

It's amazing what panic can do. People use the word "psychosomatic" almost interchangeably with "hypochondriac", but the fact is, your state of mind has a lot to do with what's going on in your body. The fight/flight response can totally take over your whole endocrine system, for instance, certainly in the short term and it's even implicated in long-term auto-immune stuff like arthritis or chrohn's or lupus.

Sounds like you're getting good care, at least, and I'm glad they ruled out the more serious stuff.

I am thinking about switching my eliquid mixing back to more vg than pg. I used to make my eliquids at 33PG/ 67VG, and I think I am going to switch back to that. I am so thankful right now for the VG eliquids I got from Liscious a while back. My 60/40 is a lil rough on me right now with my chest injury even though I am not inhaling.

Glad I could help. Can't do pg so I get it.

Me too (no chest injury, but what Dykey said). I'm going to higher and higher VG all the time, since PG dries the heck out of my mouth, lips and sinuses.

When I first started diy I always mixed st 33/67. I cannot remember why I started using 60/40, but I think it was due to the thickness. PG never has bothered me until now. It is amazing the weird symptoms one gets when injuring the chest wall!
I am waiting for the pup to fall asleep, and then I am going to sneak off and mix up some stuff [emoji39]

Got my order today. Gonna steep the cinnamon whatsitcalled. Can't read it had a tiny but of leakage that killed the lable. Its the cinnamon toast crunch. Good but it'll get better. Strawberry quick? Come ON man, how'd you do that! Brilliant. Strawberry limeade, fan effing tastic! And I have new toys.

 dino :hubba:
i went ahead and ordered the orange istick sleeve even though it states it's only for the 20w
it's the exact color of the wrap i had made

and it fits.....well it was a bit tough to get it on and it's just a hair to small around so some of the original color of the 30w will show, if you had a black 30w it probably wouldn't be noticeable.....but mine's silver so it kinda shines.....

I have to give a shout out to my lovely partner. Tried her on vaping and she didn't take to it. She really wanted to quit so I gave her my Glas mod clone and a protank II, found some tobacco blends she actually likes (she would only vape tobaccos) and about a month into it she's down to about 4 cigs today. She's a 1/2-1 pad a day smoker. She's trying really hard and I'm super proud of her.

In other news my partners sister is incthe hospital. Has been for 3 days. She's 33 and only half her heart it working. All arteries are rock hard and she has fluid in her lungs. She has turners syndrome and so does her twin. This causes early aging. She has diabetes, smokes 2 packs a day, doesn't eat right and lots of stress. It isn't looking good. She's already had a heart attack since she's been in and they can't doxstints because the arteries are so bad. Please pray for her.
