I just got my order yesterday and the vivi nova replacment head i ordered was defective the metal washer inside the silicone cup was bent and would leak into the batt connection and produced little to no vapor i submitted a ticket at like 1:00am and at 7:00am the sent me an email leting me know a new one was on the way thank you again madvapes!!!
