They would say these are unapproved products. insurance won't pay for unapproved therapies, treatments or products. End of conversation on insurance companies.

I didn't mean to ask insurance companies to pay for them...we're lucky if they pay for surgery lol...What I meant is they might be interested in seeing them on the market since it would ultimately save them money by cutting down on health care costs.

Add to that conversation: Many insurers and policies won't pay for approved smoking cessation products either.
