Good Morning Major :D That is such great news my Friend. I am hoping that the next time I get to Panama City we can get together for a vape or two. I know last time earlier this year they had us Hoping on the base with training. Perhaps this time the schedule will permit some down time so I can get over the bridge and visit ya :D

Hoping the very best over the next few days and weeks for a speedy and very successful recovery :D
Sincerely;
Nate aka Darth Vapor

those are great news buddy, welcome back to the right mood !!
Hi all! :) First chance at a quickie message to say the surgery went better than even the surgeon expected (his words!). He said the next 3 or 4 days will be the most critical but the actual defect has been corrected.

Thank you friends and thank you God! :) They are letting me stay in her room now so I will be with her but I will be back on in a couple of days. The worst seems to be behind on this thing!

Have a super weekend all! :w00t:

Good Morning Major and Mrs. Major!

I was relieved, happy, and energized by your last post. The post surgery recovery period was pretty tricky for me. I hope that your wife has some appetite and her bodily functions are smooth and normal. I also wish this for you and everyone else reading this post!:)

I'm on day 6 of my 4 on/2 off/ 4 on schedule. I'm still toasting but my formerly browned edges are getting a bit darker!

Here is a quotation from a poem I quoted early; just a different verse:

"One shade the more, one ray the less,
Had half impair'd the nameless grace
Which waves in every raven tress
Or softly lightens o'er her face,
Where thoughts serenely sweet express
How pure, how dear their dwelling-place."

George Gordon Lord Byron

"She walks in beauty, like the night"-

Going to work soon...hang in there -both of you- and I hope that soon you both are back home and dreaming, planning, yes even scheming another picnic!:D

Good morning Major and a top of the morning to your bride!

Wow! My post times are getting really weird as I continue onward on my work work work work WORK schedule!:)

I hope that you and your wife are both getting plenty of rest. If you each don't take good care of yourselves you won't be able to take care of each other.:)

Oh yes, those darker edges are getting a bit carbonized and I notice my center is starting to brown, currently, at an even pace as I become more toasted. Two more nights of work to go.

Take care, be well, and God bless, energize, and heal you both.

Yes Yard, we are blessed she has regained her appetite and the system interruption with the heart hasn't shown residual effects on other organs. Even the doctors are pleasantly surprised at how well she is doing.

But hey, when you have so many people asking the Good Lord for help, it really isn't a surprise to me, just a huge blessing that things are going so well! :)
