Major leak after one hour of Nano use. solved

I asked for a return of 5 unopened Nanos. I was originally only going to open one but with reading everyone's success, I opened a second and then for fun, tried a third..........I just couldnt open any more

Where are the cracks?
Were they there from the beginning or did they develop after vaping a while?

The answer is both, for the cracks that are getting longer they appear to go all the way through. All the ones I've opened so far (8) had tiny stress cracks at the bottom where they attach to the battery post. Some of those have gotten bigger and others have developed over time.
